Karla Rockwell is an experienced HR Executive, Recruiter and a Certified Birkman Consultant.  She is uniquely qualified to lead recruitment and consulting projects for clients in private, public and non profit settings. Karla has over 30 years experience in building HR programs, acquiring, developing and retaining top notch talent, and guiding companies through organizational transitions; offering both advice and hands-on expertise. Karla is passionate about leadership and high performance team development, and creating respectful workplaces.

As Chair of the BC Parks Foundation, Vice-Chair of The Delta Police Board, Director of the Board of Canadian Association of Police Boards, Delta Hospital & Community Health Foundation, KinVillage Campus of Care and The Christian & Missionary Alliance Canada, Karla has been a key leader in strategic planning, succession planning and developing organizational leaders. She has also developed long term workforce and HR strategies for Indigenous communities in Northern B.C..

Erin Switzer joined Rockwell HR in 2021 as an Organizational Development Project Specialist.  She has been a noteworthy leader in education for 40 years in BC and Alberta.  Aside from experience in the public and Christian school systems, she has been Faculty Associate and Adjunct Professor for the Teacher Education Program at the University of British Columbia, mentoring over 100 teacher candidates, and an Instructor for the Delta Teaching Assistant Program. Erin is active in project consulting roles and as well as a Keynote Speaker and Professional Development presenter. Erin’s passion for mentorship and establishing cooperative, professional relationships is a strong fit for supporting organizations with change management, staff engagement, performance management and workplace culture projects.  

Erin holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Victoria with specialization in Gifted Education, a Concentration in Counselling Psychology (Leadership) from Portland State University and an Early Childhood Diploma and Bachelor of Education with Distinction from the University of Calgary.  She is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and carries the CCC (Canadian Certified Counsellors) designation.

Whitney Saip Dyck brings 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, client relations and candidate development to the Rockwell HR team.  She handles outreach, screening, candidate relations, social media and special projects. Whitney’s career experience has been focused in executive recruitment, charity event coordination and promotions.    

Jalen Saip is a Project consultant with Rockwell HR, providing corporate training and team-building services, supporting media communications, document control and policy development. Her career experience includes HR work in the non-profit and private sector, as a professional performer in Vancouver’s theatre community and as the owner of a Vancouver based photography company.
